APPH 1050 meets on Mondays from 9:15-10:45 (Lecture) and on Wednesdays from 9:25-10:35 (Activity) (Note: Activity meets later and ends earlier to allow time for changing into workout attire—You should be in class and ready to work out on time in order to avoid a tardy. Roll will be called at 9:30! If you arrive after roll has been called, you are tardy. It is your responsibility to check in with your instructor at the end of class if you come in late to avoid being counted absent)
