The experience I have just recently gone through with Jet Express Airlines was time consuming, cost inefficient, and very frustrating that resulted in several spent hours of my own time trying to correct the mistakes of the last representative I spoke with. Consequently, I am requesting reimbursement of the extra added expenses that I have now paid for after my first initial quote.
