Ecosystem
An ecosystem is a community of living organisms (plants, animals and microbes) in conjunction with the nonliving components of their environment. The ecosystem was full of amphibians suggesting that it is full of water as well.
Biotic
describes a living or once living component of a community; for example organisms, such as plants and animals. The area was filled with biotic life.
Abiotic
physical rather than biological; not derived from living organisms. In the wild it is rare to find in abiotic things for they are usually man made.
