Dealing with fats can be a little confusing to some people. There are good fats and bad fats just as with everything else. All fats benefit your body by giving you energy, lubricating your joints, and insulate nerve cells. Bad fats like saturated fats can be found in food items made from animal products such as butter, cheeses, bacon and steaks. Bot saturated and trans-fats can clog your arteries and lead to heart disease like heart attack or stroke.
