FLOWING WELLS HIGH SCHOOL LOCAL SCHOLARSHIPS– Deadline to apply is Wednesday, March 15, 2013. These scholarships are open to all seniors at Flowing Wells High School. Scholarships will be awarded based on a variety of factors including how much financial aid you have received/ been awarded, your GPA/Rank, your financial need, your personal challenges/obstacles you have had to face, and a paragraph you write on how you will be successful in college. Awards range from $200 – $750. Inquire in the Counseling Office for more information.

FLOWING WELLS HIGH SCHOOL ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIP – Deadline to apply is Wednesday, March 15, 2013. The Alumni Association of Flowing Wells is offering scholarships to the students of Flowing Wells High School. Criteria to be used include enrollment in a 2-year or 4-year college, GPA, financial need, attendance, community/school involvement and recommendations. Awards range from $250 - $1000. Come to the Counseling Office for more information.

MARY E. HOLLOWAY SCHOLARSHIP – Deadline to apply is Wednesday, March 15, 2013. Mary Holloway, a tireless FWHS educator, has set up this scholarship for Flowing Wells’ young women going into education. A $2,000/year scholarship is available. The scholarship is based on the application, which weighs heavily on the student’s positive contribution to Flowing Wells High School and involvement in the Flowing Wells community.
