North Korean Shades of The Past
It is a fact that year after year the international crisis with North Korea over the shutdown of their nuclear programs has been a flop. Two presidents and Pyongyang pulling out of the non-proliferation treaty was supposed to shut down the nuclear program for good in North Korea.
