Essay preview
Last Friday, I had such a big opportunity to visit one of the greatest art collections at Norton Simon Museum in Pasadena. As I entered the museum it was quiet, simple, and nice. I went to the first floor, there was South Asian collection. I already saw some of them when I was in Viet Nam, but it seems to be a bit different when they put it together in same category. It was beautiful the way they put those pictures on the wall, but some Buddhist art weren’t put in the right place to elevate the highness of Buddha. The center of the museum was the 17th and 18th century collection, as I walked through many significant painting, drawings, and sculptures. They have the history of every single piece in the museum.
