The Government of the Commonwealth of Australia is a federal constitutional monarchy (Parliamentary system) that is founded in the liberal democratic tradition. It is based on acceptance of religion, freedom of speech and association and the rule of law.1 It is uniquely Australian, even though it reflects British and North American governments. Whereas, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea is one of the few countries that has a highly centralised communist state government where the cabinet is the highest power ruling according to the Constitution of North Korea.
